The decision to merge skins comes one week after the announcement that free-play “social media” system Chiliplay already sports the Bally logo.
The ChiliPoker.com brand will continue. It is planned to re-open with a US-facing site “in a matter of months.” Chili’s other consumer-facing properties, including The Deep Stack Open tournament series, will also continue.
According to Chili CEO Alexandre Dreyfus who spoke with pokerfuse, the decision to merge the businesses is to increase the liquidity of the two skins. Poker770 is one of the more prominent brands on the iPoker network, and is rumored to be a part of the “iPoker 2” network split.
