Full Episode Description |
On this episode of 888Ride, Tuck is ed by poker broadcaster and player, Jeff Platt. If you’ve watched any coverage of the WSOP, then you’ve seen Jeff on the tournament floor interviewing players and covering the events. What you may not know is that he’s not too bad of a poker player either, with a couple of deep Main Event runs to his name. Tuck and Platt discuss how he got his start in journalism, his big break getting to cover the WSOP Main Event and what he loves more: being a poker broadcaster or player. Jeff also shares some stories from the early beginnings of his career, including his first ever interview at the WSOP Main Event, where he nearly had a heart attack after being tasked with interviewing Doyle Brunson. Check out the other 888Ride episodes for more great chats with guests like Ben Lamb, Phil Galfond and Shaun Deeb. 18+ | begambleaware | https://www.begambleaware.org/ |
